Aqua’s open-air beachfront restaurant serves healthy cuisine with contemporary flair and is
open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.
We source hormone-free meats and organic produce from local farmers, and each morning select our fish from the daily catch of fishermen in Gigante, less than a mile away. The coffee and espresso is made with organic Nicaraguan coffee beans.
Start your day with one of our fresh-squeezed tropical juices or smoothies, such as the
“Funky Monkey,” which is made with orange juice, banana, cashew nuts and cocoa nibs.
The breakfast, lunch and dinner menus feature American and international dishes, everything from
fish tacos and pasta to pad Thai, as well as “typico” Nicaraguan specialties such as ceviche, gallo
pinto and churrasco (Nicaraguan BBQ). On Thursday nights, in the wood-burning stone-hearth oven our chefs make pizzas – you select the toppings.
